Is it possible to combine NOA's gel polish with other brands?

The adhesion may be less if another brand of base or top coat is used.

The best result is achieved by using NOA's base coat, coloured gel and top coat.

Are NOA NS gel nail polishes HEMA-free (and what is HEMA)?

Yes, our gel polishes are HEMA-free. HEMA (hydroxyethyl methacrylate) is a monomer sometimes used in nail products as an adhesive.

We formulate without it as a precaution, as some people can experience sensitivities.

While HEMA-free formulas like ours are a good option for those with sensitivities, it's always wise to do a patch test before trying any new nail product, just to be extra safe.

How do I apply NOA's gel polish?

Gel Nail Application (Brief Overview)

Prep: Cleanse nails thoroughly, removing any dirt, oil, or debris.

Base: Apply 1-2 thin coats of a NOA's primer base gel, curing each layer for 30-45 seconds under a UV/LED lamp.

Color: Apply a thin layer of your chosen gel colour and cure for 30-60 seconds under a UV/LED lamp. Repeat for 2-4 coats for desired opacity.

Top Coat: Finish with a layer of NOA's top coat, curing for 30-45 seconds under a UV/LED lamp. If using our non-wipe top coat, you're done! For our regular top coats, gently remove any sticky residue with alcohol.

Pro Tip: Hydrated cuticles contribute to longer-lasting wear and help prevent chipping or peeling.

Which UV/LED Lamp should I use?

The SUN UV 48W lamp, particularly when used with its low heat mode, is our recommended option.

The low heat mode helps minimize the chance of heat spikes.

ORDER

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Once an order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare and dispatch it. Due to this fast-moving process, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once payment has been processed.

Where is my order confirmation?

After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, you can log into your account to verify whether the order was successfully processed. Should you still encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to our team for assistance.

There's an item missing from my order

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order or defective/damaged. Please check your email, including your spam or junk folder, for any notifications regarding out-of-stock items.

If no such notice has been received, please reach out to our Customer Service team let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your ordernumber and postal code in the mail.

If your return is accepted, will given you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DELIVERY

Where does my shipment come from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) are shipped the same day, ensuring fast delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.

Why is the product listed as a pre-order?

This means the item is not yet in stock but will be available soon. You can pre-order to reserve your copy and have it shipped as soon as it arrives.

Rest assured, your pre-order is safe with us. We're committed to delivering your item as soon as it's released. In the rare case of a supplier cancellation, we'll provide a complete refund.

How long will delivery take?

Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Pre-orders require an estimated processing time of 2 to 4 weeks before shipment. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or sales period.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code, allowing you to track your shipment easily.
